The Project Alpha S.A. is evolving into a premier residential Real Estate Development & Investment firm with a particular focus in North Greece. Our solid strategy of scouting for prime land, negotiating exclusive deals, optimizing the use of land permits and developing successful projects will leave investors with returns that generally exceed the baseline assumptions and industry standards. Project Alpha S.A. seeks to generate profits primarily from sales, with a smaller part deriving from rental income.
